Abstract: This paper analyzes the curriculum ideological and political education of the Communication and Interaction at the Maintenance Station, aiming at improving the professional skills and cultivating personal qualities of students in higher vocational colleges. Through infiltrating the students' knowledge of originality, service consciousness and dedication in the process of teaching professional curriculum, students can better practice the work style of high quality and strong skills in practical work. The result shows that the students' operational ability and personal quality are obviously improved after the curriculum ideology and politics are integrated into the Communication and Interaction at the Maintenance Station.

摘要: 文章对维修站的沟通与互动课程的课程思政教育作以分析,旨在提升高职院校学生的 专业技能及培养个人素养。通过在专业课程讲授过程中渗入学生对匠心精神、服务意识及爱 岗敬业的认识,使学生在实际工作中更好地践行高素质、强技能的工作作风。结果可知,在 维修站的沟通与互动课程中融入课程思政后,明显提升了学生的动手操作能力和个人素养。
