Abstract: The emergence of the digital economy has sparked an unprecedented wave of transformation across global industries, and the automotive sector, serving as a foundational pillar in manufacturing, is no exception. As an important base for the training of automotive professionals in the new era, how to improve the quality of professional teaching and train automotive talents with the ability to solve complex problems and adapt to the changing situation in the new era is become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper aims to explore the current teaching models and reform approaches in Chinese higher vocational institutions offering automotive programs. The goal is to achieve a close alignment between educational institutions and industry demands, thereby better preparing students to confront the challenges brought by the digital economy era.

摘要: 数字经济的崛起,促使全球各行各业都在经历一场史无前例的变革大潮,作为制造业 支柱之一的汽车产业也不例外。作为新时代汽车专业人才培养的重要基地,高职本科院校如 何提升专业教学质量,培养具备解决复杂问题能力、适应形势变化的新时代汽车人才成为亟 待解决的问题。文章旨在探讨当前我国高职院校汽车专业的教学模式和改革途径,实现学校 与企业岗位需求的密切契合,以更好地应对数字经济时代带来的挑战。
