Abstract: The production line balance rate is one of the important indicators to measure the efficiency of the assembly line. Each assembly line has the problem of imbalance, which to some extent affects the competitiveness and profitability of the enterprise. This article analyzes the production and assembly process of heavy-duty trucks, with a focus on using the basic methods of industrial engineering to determine the time for on-site operations. By combining the width ratio and evaluation coefficient, standard time for each process is formulated and calculated. The bottleneck process of the assembly and welding line is identified using the line balance method, and effective improvement measures are proposed. By balancing the workload of each process, waste is eliminated, and the line balance rate is improved, improved the efficiency of production line operations.

摘要: 生产线平衡率是衡量流水线效率的重要指标之一,每条流水线都存在不平衡的问题, 它一定程度上影响着企业的竞争力与企业的盈利能力。文章通过分析重型卡车的生产装配过 程,重点运用工业工程的基本方法开展现场作业的时间测定,结合宽放率及评定系数制定计 算各工序的标准时间,使用线平衡的方法找出装焊线的瓶颈工序,并提出有效的改善措施。 通过平衡各工序的作业负荷,消除浪费,提高线平衡率,实现生产线作业效率的提升。
