Abstract: The meticulous repair of automobile front windscreen belongs to the value-added service of automobile maintenance. This paper expounds the repair principles for automobile front windscreen, identifies various types of damages that can occur, analyzes the difficulty for repairing these damages, and studies the permissible range for repairing. At the same time, according to the small point or a little seam damage in the front windscreen, the paper studies the repairing operation process of the front windscreen in the pre-treatment stage, the repair stage and the post-treatment stage by using glass damage repair tools, which can achieve double improvement of appearance and strength. The meticulous repair is an advanced glass maintenance method, which use a maintenance method to replace the traditional replacement maintenance. The meticulous repair offers a new solution for the maintenance of automobile front windscreen, which can reduce maintenance costs and reduce environmental pollution. The meticulous repair technology provides scientific guidance when body repair technicians repaired automobile front windscreen.

摘要: 汽车前挡风玻璃精致修复隶属于汽车维修增值服务。文章在阐述汽车前挡风玻璃修复 原理的基础上,识别汽车前挡风玻璃破损类型,分析破损类型修复的难易程度,研究破损允 许的修复范围。同时针对汽车前挡风玻璃出现点状或缝状的微小损伤,运用玻璃破损修复工 具,研究前挡风玻璃修复前处理阶段、修复阶段和后处理阶段的操作工艺,以达到外观和强 度的双重改善。精致修复是一种先进的玻璃维修方式,用维修方式来代替传统的更换维修, 为汽车前挡风玻璃的维修提供了一种新方式,降低了维修成本,减少了环境污染。此精致修 复为车身修复人员维修汽车前挡风玻璃提供科学的指导。
