基于无框车门车型的 B 柱结构研究

Abstract: For the design of vehicle body and after-sales, collision safety of vehicle is a very critical factor, with the development of electric vehicle industry, the application of frameless door is more and more in recent years, that undoubtedly poses a greater challenge to the safety of the side impact of the vehicle. The exploration aims at safety and lightweight, the study proposes a structure design of B-pillar for side impact safety of vehicle with frameless doors, to solve the problem of low score of side impact of B-pillar of frameless door models. Through the interpretation of C-IASI evaluation criteria, requirements and characteristics of side impact conditions are summarized, to conclude the key points of side impact B-pillar design. Combined with the actual development case of a frameless door model, develop design solutions that balance lightweight and safety, the design structure can provide reference for the subsequent design of B-pillar structure of other frameless door vehicles.

摘要: 对于汽车车身设计及车辆售后而言,汽车车身碰撞安全是十分关键的因素,随着纯电 动汽车产业的蓬勃发展,近年来无框车门的应用越来越多,这无疑对车身侧面碰撞的安全性 提出更大挑战。探索以安全性、轻量化为目标,提出一种针对无框车门汽车侧面碰撞安全的 B 柱结构设计,以解决无框车门车型的 B 柱侧面碰撞得分低的问题。通过对 C-IASI 评价标准 的解读,归纳侧面侧碰工况要求及特点,总结侧面碰撞 B 柱设计关键点。结合某车型实际开 发案列,开发兼顾轻量化及安全性的设计方案,同时该设计结构也可为后续无框车门车型 B 柱结构的设计开发提供参考。
