Abstract: Through the study of disc brakes, a mechanism based on Hall sensors is designed that can be used to monitor the remaining usable thickness of disc brake friction pads. Firstly, through the analysis and study of the spatial structure of the disc brake, the monitoring device is designed, and the three-dimensional model of the monitoring device and the main parts of the disc brake is drawn by CATIA software. Then, by analyzing the installation and use of Hall sensors, the circuit system is built with Proteus software. Finally, the monitoring principle is analyzed and encoded with Keil, and the file is uploaded to the microcontroller system. Through simulation, it is found that the cooperation between the complete mechanical device and the single-chip microcomputer system can achieve the purpose of real-time monitoring of brake thickness.

摘要: 通过对盘式制动器的研究,设计出一款基于霍尔传感器的可以用来监测盘式制动器摩 擦片剩余可用厚度的机械装置。首先,通过对盘式制动器的空间结构进行分析研究,设计出 监测装置,并用 CATIA 软件画出监测装置和盘式制动器主要零件的三维模型;然后,通过分 析霍尔传感器的安装与使用,用 Proteus 软件进行电路系统的搭建;最后,通过监测原理的分 析并用 Keil 进行编码,并将文件上传到单片机系统中。通过模拟仿真发现完整的机械装置与 单片机系统的协作可以达到实时监测制动器厚度的目的。
