Abstract: With the rapid development of the automotive industry, traditional integrated automotive course teaching has problems such as single teaching methods and weak practical links, making it difficult to cultivate talents suitable for the needs of the automotive industry. This article explores the idea of integrated curriculum teaching reform based on career planning through literature analysis and research. It proposes teaching reform strategies such as integrating career planning into talent cultivation programs and establishing a diversified curriculum evaluation system. Through feedback surveys of students and enterprises, it is shown that the integrated teaching reform of automotive courses described in this article can better stimulate students' learning enthusiasm and help cultivate high-quality talents suitable for industry needs.

摘要: 随着汽车行业的快速发展,传统的汽车类一体化课程教学存在教学模式单一、实践环 节薄弱等问题,难以培养适合汽车行业需求的人才。文章通过文献分析与考察调研,基于职 业生涯规划进行了一体化课程教学改革的思路探讨,提出了将职业生涯规划融入人才培养方 案、建立多元化课程评价体系等教学改革策略。通过对学生及企业的反馈调查,表明文章所 述的汽车类一体化课程教学改革能更好地激发学生的学习积极性,有助于培养适合行业需求 的高质量人才。
