Abstract: Assembly pass rate of cabs is an important index which evaluates the ability of quality control in assembly process. In order to improve assembly pass rate of cabs, the F2000 heavy vehicle cab is taken as the research object in this paper. Through statistical data, the main reason for the low assembly pass rate of cabs is found to be the broken rib. Based on the "5W1H" principle, the paper identifies seven factors that led to rib breakage, and the main factors are analyzed as assembly tools and component structure by using the Six Sigma methodology. The problem of fragile rib is solved by clarifying the assembly tools and optimizing the strength of the rib. After tracking and verifying the improvement measures, the assembly pass rate of F2000 cabs is effectively improved.

摘要: 驾驶室装配合格率是评价驾驶室装配过程质量控制能力的重要指标,为了提升驾驶室 装配合格率,文章以 F2000 重型汽车驾驶室为研究对象,通过统计数据发现前面罩加强筋破 损问题是驾驶室装配合格率偏低的主要原因。根据“5W1H”原则找出导致加强筋破损的七个 因素,并使用六西格玛方法分析出主要因素为装配工具和零部件结构,通过采取明确装配工 具和优化前面罩加强筋强度的应对措施,解决了加强筋破损问题。经过对改进措施的跟踪验 证,F2000 驾驶室的装配合格率得到有效提升。
