Abstract: The steering system components are all important security components, and the design should comprehensively consider the relevant data based on the overall vehicle layout to ensure the safety of the vehicle during driving. This article takes a certain commercial vehicle model as an example to introduce the key hard point verification of the steering system and the matching and selection scheme of the hydraulic power steering system. Through the verification of the steering suspension system, the hard point layout position of the steering system is selected and verified. The key installation dimensions are verified through the overall vehicle layout structure, and the relevant parameters of the hydraulic power steering system are further calculated.The study has a strong guiding significance to the later similar vehicle design.

摘要: 转向系统零部件均为重要安保件,设计时需综合整车布置全面考虑相关数据,保证汽 车行驶安全性。文章以某款商用车型为例,介绍转向系统关键硬点校核及液压助力转向系统 相关匹配选型方案,通过转向悬架系统校核,选定转向系统硬点布置位置并验证,通过整车 布置结构校核关键安装尺寸,进一步对液压助力转向系统相关参数计算。该研究对后期同类 车型设计具有较强指导意义。
