Abstract: As heavy truck users put forward higher requirements for vehicle maintenance costs, this article discusses how to solve the abnormal tire wear caused by steering problems and reduce customer operating costs. In this paper, Ackerman's theory of the angle relationship and its influence on the steering of automobiles are introduced. Under the condition of considering the lateral deflection angle of elastic tires, a theoretical angle relationship of elastic tires that is closer to reality is proposed, and theoretical analysis is carried out. Subsequently, the spatial trapezoidal model of the integral steering trapezoidal mechanism is established, and how to calculate the rotation angle of the outer wheel by using the graphical method is introduced. Finally, by sharing the case of optimizing the steering trapezoid, the case of abnormal wear of vehicle tires is solved. It is explained that the steering trapezoidal optimization method adopted in this paper is suitable for heavy-duty trucks with integral steering trapezoidal mechanism, and provides some references for the matching of integral steering trapezoid.

摘要: 随着重卡用户对车辆维保成本提出更高要求,文章就如何解决因转向问题导致的轮胎 异常磨损,减少客户运营成本进行了探讨。介绍了阿克曼理论转角关系及其对汽车转向行驶 的影响。在考虑弹性轮胎侧偏角的条件下,提出了更贴近实际的弹性轮胎理论转角关系,并 进行理论分析。随后,建立整体式转向梯形机构的空间梯形模型,并介绍如何利用图解法计 算外轮转角。最后,通过分享优化转向梯形,解决车辆轮胎异常磨损的案例。说明采用的转 向梯形优化方法适用于整体式转向梯形机构的重型卡车,为整体式转向梯形的匹配提供了一 些参考。
