Research on the Development of a 6×4R Heavy Commercial Vehicle Based on Inner Mongolia Regional Operating Conditions

基于内蒙古区域工况下的某 6×4R 重型 商用车开发研究

Abstract: This paper combines the transportation characteristics of heavy commercial vehicle in the coal transportation market in Inner Mongolia regional to develop the power system of a 6×4R heavy commercial vehicle. Based on the driving big data of heavy –duty semi-trailer in Inner Mongolia, the principal component analysis method and Markov probability prediction method are adopted to construct a road map of typical working conditions in Inner Mongolia that meets the driving driving force requirements of vehicles, based on this, the matching design of the vehicle power system is carried out, and the comprehensive fuel consumption of the vehicle is reduced by 1 L/100 km, achieving the best fuel economy. Meanwhile, different anti-lock braking system (ABS) layout schemes are proposed, and the compliance of vehicle ABS regulations is verified by tests, and then the ABS layout is determined. The simulation method of vehicle power system matching based on Inner Mongolia working conditions is proposed in this paper, which is helpful to design an efficient powertrain system suitable for heavy-duty semi-tractor in Inner Mongolia, and the ABS arrangement scheme can be applied to the development of the vehicle with the drive axle to be lifted or the following function.

摘要: 文章结合内蒙古区域煤炭运输市场重型商用车的运输特点,开发某 6×4R 重型商用车。 基于内蒙古区域重型半挂牵引车行车大数据,采用主成分分析法和马尔科夫概率预测法,构 建出符合汽车行驶驱动力需求的内蒙古区域典型工况路谱,并在此基础上开展整车动力系统 匹配设计,整车综合油耗降低 1 L/100 km,实现最佳燃油经济性。同时,提出不同的防抱死 制动系统(ABS)布置方案,并通过试验验证整车 ABS 法规符合性,进而确定 ABS 布置方 案。文章提出的基于内蒙古工况下的整车动力系统匹配仿真方法,有助于设计出适合内蒙古 地区的重型半挂牵引车的高效动力总成系统,其 ABS 布置方案,可应用于驱动桥带提升或随 动功能的车型开发。
