Abstract: Under the development goals of "peak carbon dioxide emissions" and "carbon neutrality" put forward by China, the development of new fuel vehicle technology will become a feasible means for China to alleviate the energy crisis and pollution problems. This paper introduces some common key technologies of clean energy vehicle, and compares their advantages and disadvantages. Then, the restrictive factors affecting the progress of key technologies of clean energy vehicle are listed. Finally, the development measures of new energy vehicle industry are put forward, such as strengthening national policy support, strengthening infrastructure construction, reducing the tax rate of new energy vehicle and strengthening the publicity of new energy vehicle technologies. Let the new development concept of green, environmental protection and safety of new energy vehicle be deeply rooted in people's hearts and promote the development of new energy vehicle industry.

摘要： 在我国提出“碳达峰”和“碳中和”的发展目标下，开发新燃料汽车技术将成为中国 缓解能源危机和污染问题的可行手段。文章介绍了一些常用的清洁能源汽车关键技术，比较 了各自的利弊。列举影响清洁能源汽车关键技术进展中的制约因素，提出了新能源汽车行业 的发展措施，如加强国家政策支持、强化基础设施建设、降低新能源汽车税率和加强新能源 汽车技术宣传等。让新能源汽车绿色、环保、安全的新发展理念深入人心，推进新能源汽车 产业的发展。
