Abstract: Automotive R&D is a complex system engineering process. In order to better manage automotive R&D projects and achieve project objectives more effectively, leading automotive companies typically exercise comprehensive control over their R&D projects, encompassing elements such as progress, quality, cost, scope, change, risk, and stakeholders. Progress directly determines the speed at which new products are launched, making it a critical factor in competition within the industry. Therefore, controlling progress is particularly important. The article introduces how to decompose the work items in the automotive development process, estimate the work item cycle, sort out logical relationships, draw network diagrams, and find ways to use critical paths to control project development progress, in order to optimize the automotive development cycle and improve resource utilization.

摘要: 汽车研发是一个复杂的系统工程,为了更好地管控汽车研发项目,更好地达成项目的 预期目标,主流汽车企业都对汽车研发项目进行了全面管控,涉及到项目的进度、质量、成 本、范围、变更、风险、干系人等要素。进度直接决定了研发产品推出的速度,是汽车行业 竞争的关键项,管控进度尤其重要,文章介绍了如何分解汽车开发过程的工作项、预估工作 项周期、梳理逻辑关系,绘制网络图,寻找利用关键路径来管控项目研发进度,以优化汽车 研发周期,提高资源利用率。
