Abstract: In order to solve the outstanding problems such as the low moral education level of young teachers in vocational colleges, the long-term separation of "technical education" and "moral education", the lack of moral education design and the lack of attractiveness of moral education, a case study is carried out to analyze the current situation of moral education of young teachers in vocational colleges. Aiming at the young teachers of automobile major, this paper studies the reform direction of their moral education ability cultivation from the government level, school level and teacher level, proposes to build a comprehensive, multi-level and three-dimensional service system for the moral education quality cultivation of young teachers of automobile major in vocational colleges, and proposes to establish a development mechanism conducive to the moral education ability of young teachers of automobile major in vocational colleges. It provides reference for vocational colleges to carry out targeted cultivation of young teachers' moral education ability.

摘要： 为解决职业院校青年教师的育德水平不高、“技育”和“德育”长期分离、育德设计缺 失和育德吸引力不够等突出问题，以职业院校青年教师这一典型对象开展个案研究，分析职 业院校青年教师育德现状。针对汽车专业青年教师，从政府层面、学校层面和教师层面研究 其育德能力培养的改革路向，提出构建全方位、多层次和立体化的职业院校汽车专业青年教 师育德素质培育服务体系，提出建立有利于职业院校汽车专业青年教师育德能力发展机制， 为职业院校有针对性开展青年教师育德能力培育提供借鉴。
