负氧离子技术在汽车布置上的应用研究

Abstract: In recent years, the state of air quality has been widely concerned and valued. Some research results show that the state of air quality in automobile is one of the very bad places, and the use of automobile has become more and more common, which puts forward more and higher requirements for the air quality in automobile. Firstly, the function and principle of negative oxygen ion technology are introduced in this paper, especially the application of negative oxygen ion technology in automobile is studied and analyzed. Secondly, it is mainly to arrange different numbers of negative oxygen ion generators in different positions in the automobile, and test the number of negative oxygen ions in the air conditioning outlet and the head area of the driver and passenger, so as to obtain the relationship between the purification effect of negative oxygen ion and the location and number of layout. Finally, the relationship between the concentration of negative oxygen ion and the air volume and mode of the air conditioner can be obtained by testing the number of negative oxygen ions in the air outlet and the driver's head area under different air volume and mode of the air conditioner. The results show that when the negative oxygen ion generator is arranged in the air outlet of the air conditioning blowing surface, it can bring better air quality purification effect in the automobile, while the use of larger air volume blowing will bring higher concentration of negative oxygen ions. The research results provide a basis for the application of negative oxygen ion technology in automobile layout, and have certain practical value.

摘要: 近些年,空气质量状况得到了人们的广泛关注和重视。有调研结果显示,汽车车内空 间是一个空气质量状况相当恶劣的场所之一,而人们使用汽车已经变得越来越普遍,这就对 汽车内的空气质量提出了更多更高的要求。首先,文章介绍了负氧离子技术的作用和原理, 特别是对负氧离子技术在汽车内的布置应用进行了研究分析;其次,主要是在车内不同位置 布置不同数量的负氧离子发生器,并测试空调出风口和驾乘人员头部区域的负氧离子数量, 以此获得负氧离子净化效果与布置位置及数量的关系;最后,测试在选用不同的空调风量和 模式的情况下,空调出风口和驾乘人员头部区域的负氧离子数量,可以获得负氧离子浓度与 空调风量及模式的关系。研究结果表明,负氧离子发生器布置在空调吹面出风口时,可以带 来较好的车内空气质量净化效果,而使用较大风量吹面则会带来较高浓度的负氧离子。该研 究结果为负氧离子技术在汽车内的布置应用提供了依据,具有一定的实用价值。
