Abstract: In order to accurately evaluate the performance of electric vehicle drive motor assembly, the post-test inspection technology is discussed. Taking three-in-one electric drive assembly as the object of discussion, the methods of system appearance and detail inspection, electrical performance test, airtight performance test and residual torque measurement of mechanical connection screw are emphatically introduced. The inspection specification is to first confirm the overall appearance and interface details of key components, then test the assembly insulation resistance and direct current voltage resistance and ground resistance parameters, then test the pressure leakage rate of the oil circuit of the whole machine, the motor drying chamber and the pressure regulator vent valve film, and finally test the residual torque of the fastening screw during mechanical disassembly, and test the electrical parameters of the fixed rotor, and component joint surface and functional parts appearance inspection, etc. According to relevant test standards, the applicable inspection process and method are summarized, which provides strong support for the test development and verification of electric drive assembly.

摘要: 为准确评估电动汽车驱动电机总成的表现性能,对其试验后检查技术方法进行了探讨。 以某三合一电驱动总成为论述对象,着重介绍了系统外观及细节检查、电学性能测试、气密 性能检测、机械连接螺钉残余扭矩测定的方法。检查规范是首先确认整体外观及关键部件接 口细节,其次检测总成绝缘电阻与直流耐压及接地电阻参数,然后测试整机油液回路、电机 干燥腔体以及调压透气阀膜的气压泄露率,最后进行机械拆卸中紧固螺钉残余扭矩检测,定 转子的电学参数测试,组成部件接合面以及功能件外观检查等。参考相关检测标准,总结出 了适用的检查流程及方法,为电驱动总成试验开发与验证提供有力支撑。
