东风 EQH 燃气机降低机油消耗的仿真分析 与试验研究

Abstract: Engine oil is one of the essential oils in the engine. Excessive engine oil consumption not only damages the engine to varying degrees, but also threatens the air quality. Through the method of combining simulation and test, the paper analyzes the high engine oil consumption of EQH gas engine, uses AVL EXCITE Piston & Rings of the engine simulation software, finds out the reasons of the high engine oil consumption according to the simulation results, and carries out optimization improvement and experimental verification. The experimental results show that the improved fuel combustion ratio is reduced from 0.32% to 0.034%, which achieves the expected effect of improvement.

摘要: 机油是发动机中必不可少的油液之一。过多的机油消耗不仅对发动机有着不同程度的 损伤,同时也会威胁到空气质量。文章通过仿真与试验相结合的方法,对 EQH 燃气机的机油 消耗过高问题进行了试验研究与仿真分析,利用发动机仿真软件 AVL EXCITE Piston & Rings 对机油消耗进行了仿真计算,根据仿真结果找出机油消耗过高的原因,并进行了优化改进与 实验验证。实验结果表明,改进后机燃比由 0.32%降至 0.034%,达到了改进的预期效果。
