Abstract: In this paper, the automatic gear control system of the wire-controlled chassis of target vehicle is studied, the traditional manual gear control mechanism is transformed to having the ability of automatic gear shifting control. In mechanical structure, a set of gear shifting mechanism is designed, which can realize gear shifting by controlling two push rod motors in X direction and Y direction. In control, a special gear controller is developed, which can control the forward and reverse rotation of the two-way motor and accurately control the stroke distance, and has the gear feedback function to realize closed-loop control. In the control software, a complete set of control logic is designed. By sending specific gear control instructions to the gear controller, the gear control of the target vehicle's drive-by-wire chassis can be realized.

摘要: 文章对靶车线控底盘的挡位自动控制系统进行了研究,将传统手动挡杆控制机构改造 成可具备自动换挡控制的能力,在机械结构上设计了一套可实现挡杆控制的换挡机构,通过 控制 X 方向和 Y 方向上的两个推杆电机,实现挡位的切换。控制上开发了专用的挡位控制器, 可控制双路电机的正反转和行程距离的精确控制,且具备挡位反馈功能,可实现闭环控制。 控制软件上设计了一套完整的控制逻辑,通过对挡位控制器发送具体的挡位控制指令,可实 现对靶车线控底盘进行挡位控制。
