Abstract: Action-oriented teaching method is a new kind of teaching method, which has remarkable effect on cultivating students' practical ability and problem-solving ability. However, in the actual teaching process, there are still many problems in teaching concept, teaching environment, teaching method, teaching design and so on. The article from the understanding of curriculum standards, analysis of curriculum content; clear teaching objectives and choose teaching methods; constructing "double-teacher" structure, optimizing the teaching staff; arousing students' interest and arousing their enthusiasm; attaching importance to preparation before class, improving classroom efficiency; innovating teaching means and improving students' ability. After a series of teaching practices in the later period, the effectiveness of the application of this teaching mode in the teaching of Automotive Maintenance and Repair course is verified. It is hoped that in the later period of teaching, can constantly innovate teaching methods and improve teaching quality.

摘要: 行动导向教学法是一种新型的教学方法,对于培养学生的实践能力和问题解决能力具 有显著效果。然而在实际教学过程中,教学理念、教学环境、教学方法、教学设计等环节还 存在诸多问题。文章从了解课程标准,分析课程内容;明确教学目标,选择教学方法;构建 “双师”结构,优化教师队伍;激发学生兴趣,调动学生积极性;重视课前准备,提高课堂 效率;创新教学手段,提高学生能力等方面进行了论述。后期经过一系列的教学实践,验证 了该教学模式在汽车维护与保养课程教学中应用的有效性,希望在后期的教学开展中,能够 不断创新教学手段,提升教学质量。
