车用改性再生聚丙烯材料性能研究

Abstract: In order to verify the feasibility of recycled polypropylene materials used in automotive recycled parts, the differences of density, tensile properties, bending properties, impact properties, thermal deformation temperature and Vicat softening temperature between modified polypropylene and recycled polypropylenewith different talc content are compared and analyzed. The results show that compared with the original polypropylene, the strength of regenerated polypropylene increased, the toughness decreased, and the resistance to thermal deformation of the material had no significant change. The increase in talc powder content increases the density of the material and its strength, reduces its toughness, and improves the ability of the material to resist thermal deformation. It provides data support for the modification and application of recycled polypropylene.

摘要: 为验证再生聚丙烯材料应用于汽车再生零部件的可行性,文章对比分析了不同滑石粉 含量的改性原生、再生聚丙烯材料的密度、拉伸性能、弯曲性能、冲击性能、热变形温度、 维卡软化温度之间的数据差异。结果表明,与原生聚丙烯相比,再生聚丙烯的强度增加,韧 性降低,材料抵抗热变形的性能无较大改变。滑石粉含量的增加提高了材料的密度,并使其 强度增加,韧性降低,提高了材料抵抗热变形的能力。为再生聚丙烯的在汽车中的应用及改 性提供了数据支持。
