基于 PloyWorks 的车身零件测量及 匹配状态模拟

Abstract: Oems need to improve the control ability of parts size and welding process to reduce production costs. In this paper, the articulated coordinate measuring machine and PolyWorks analysis software are used to measure the dimension of parts and analyze the virtual matching. The size deviation of the matched parts is mastered, and the gap and interference of the lap surface are calculated after the point clouds of several parts are matched according to the design. Combined with the actual welding process and positioning situation, the causes of deformation are found, which provides the basis for the next step of parts improvement and fixture adjustment, so as to solve the actual problems on the site.

摘要: 主机厂需要提高对零件尺寸、焊装工艺的控制能力,以降低生产的成本。文章利用关 节臂式三坐标测量仪,结合 PolyWorks 分析软件进行零件尺寸测量和虚拟匹配分析。掌握了 匹配零件的单件尺寸偏差情况,将几个零件的点云按照设计匹配后,计算了搭接面的间隙、 干涉情况。结合现场实际焊接工艺和定位情况找到了变形发生原因,为下一步的零件改善及 夹具调整提供基础,从而解决现场实际问题。
