Abstract: Good process equipment is the guarantee of product quality, is one of the company's core competitiveness, through the way of information construction, grasp the state of the whole life cycle of process equipment, improve the collaboration between tooling users, owners and designers, can effectively improve the design ability and management ability of process equipment. This paper summarizes and analyzes the basic requirements of process equipment informatization construction, clarifies the requirements and core contents of tooling informatization construction, and introduces the building methods of data system based on UG platform and product data management (PDM) system platform.

摘要： 良好的工艺装备是产品质量的保障，是公司的核心竞争力之一，通过信息化建设的方 式，掌握工艺装备全生命周期的状态，提升工装使用者、所有者和设计者之间的协同，能有 效提升工艺装备设计能力和管理能力。文章对工艺装备信息化建设基础要求进行了归纳分析， 将工装信息化建设的要求和核心内容明确化，介绍了基于 UG 平台的数据系统和基于产品数 据管理（PDM）系统平台的搭建方式。
