Abstract: With the rapid development of manufacturing, laser cutting technology, as an advanced processing method, has been widely used in the field of sheet cutting. This article mainly studies the laser cutting process of 3 mm thick carbon steel sheet, and analyzes the influence of process parameters such as cutting speed, auxiliary gas pressure, and focus position on cutting quality through experimental methods. The experimental results show that appropriate cutting speed and auxiliary gas pressure can improve the quality and efficiency of cutting, while optimization of focus position can further improve the quality of cutting section. These findings are of great significance for guiding practical production and improving the process level of laser cutting for thin sheets.

摘要: 随着制造业的快速发展,激光切割技术作为一种先进的加工方法,在薄板切割领域得 到了广泛应用。文章主要研究了 3 mm 厚碳钢薄板的激光切割工艺,通过试验的方法分析了 切割速度、辅助气体气压和焦点位置等工艺参数对切割质量的影响。试验结果表明,适当切 割速度和辅助气体气压可以提高切割质量和效率,而焦点位置的优化可以进一步改善切割断 面的质量。这些发现对于指导实际生产,提高薄板激光切割的工艺水平具有重要意义。
