Abstract: At present, the industry mainly uses checking fixture to inspect the dimensions of automotive glass. However, with the development of new technology, the method of 3D scanning has also been gradually applied to detect the glass profile. There are certain differences in the measurement data of these two methods, which are difficult to be put together for direct comparison, and such data differences may also cause disputes on quality analyses. This paper takes a side window glass as the experimental object, and carries out a comparative analysis of the two methods of 3D scanning and checking fixture detection from the measurement principle to the data, which proves that the two detection methods are consistent in the evaluation of the glass surface fit.

摘要: 目前行业内主要使用检具对汽车玻璃的尺寸进行检测。但随着新技术的发展,三维扫描的方法来检测玻璃型面也逐渐被应用。这两种方法的测量数据存在一定差异,难以放在一起直接比较,而且这种数据差异也会引起质量分析上的争议。文章以某侧窗玻璃为实验对象,对三维扫描和检具检测这两种方法进行从测量原理到数据上的对比分析,证明了这两种检测方法在吻合度评价上对玻璃型面尺寸质量判定结论的一致性。
