Abstract: The failure problem of bolted connection is the focus of the automobile industry. Based on the bolt breakage problem of a heavy off-road vehicle in the test process, this paper firstly selects fasteners according to the automobile standard parts manual, and then makes a macroscopic observation of the broken bolts, finds the origin area of the fracture, and then carries out physical and chemical analysis and computer aided engineering (CAE) analysis of the fracture bolts. Through the in- depth analysis of the failure causes, the failure causes are found, and the preventive measures are put forward, which provides a feasible idea for solving the fixed bolt fracture.

摘要: 螺栓连接的失效问题为汽车行业当前所关注的重点课题。文章基于某重型越野车在试 验过程中出现的螺栓断裂问题,首先按照汽车标准件手册选用紧固件,其次对断裂螺栓进行 宏观观察,找到断裂起源区,然后对断裂螺栓进行了理化分析及计算机辅助工程(CAE)分 析。通过深入分析找到了失效原因,并提出了预防失效的方法措施,为解决固定螺栓断裂提 供一个可行思路。
