Abstract: In this paper, in order to explore the influence of multiple factors on the drag torque of the two-speed reducer, the influence of a two-speed reducer and oil product of an electric drive on the overall drag torque is explored by controlling the single factor one by one. Specifically, the oil quantity, oil temperature and structural resistance factors are analyzed and studied through experiments, and their influence on the drag moment is obtained. The test results show that the low speed is mainly the frictional resistance torque of the system structure parts. The high speed is mainly affected by the amount of oil, that is, the influence of the oil stirring resistance. And the temperature has a great influence on the oil stirring resistance, so as to ensure the appropriate oil temperature and greatly reduce the drag torque. This paper provides a direction for optimizing the resistance moment.

摘要: 为探究多因素对两挡减速箱拖曳力矩的影响程度,文章以某电驱动两挡减速箱及油品 为研究对象,以逐一控制单因素的研究方法探究其对整体拖曳力矩的影响。具体是通过试验 对于油量、油温及结构阻力因素进行了分析研究,得到其对拖曳力矩的影响关系。试验表明, 低转速主要是系统结构零件的摩擦阻力矩;高转速主要是受油量多少的影响,即搅油阻力的 影响;且温度对搅油阻力影响较大,保证适合的油温,能够较大幅度减小拖曳力矩。文章为 优化阻力矩提供了方向。
