Abstract: Heat treatment plays a vital role in modern manufacturing industry, especially in automobile manufacturing industry. How to train high quality heat treatment engineers is the challenge that the university education and teaching work faces. The course of heat treatment process and equipment mainly teaches the formulation and optimization of heat treatment process of metal materials and the reasonable selection and design of heat treatment equipment. In recent years, the course of heat treatment technology and equipment in Shenyang Aerospace University keeps up with the development needs of the industry, and has carried out teaching reforms in the aspects of teaching content reconstruction, teaching method innovation and assessment method optimization, which has improved students' learning enthusiasm and cultivated their innovative thinking and engineering application ability.

摘要: 热处理在现代制造业,尤其是汽车制造业中占有至关重要的地位。如何培养高素质的 热处理工程师是高校教育教学工作面临的挑战。热处理工艺与设备课程主要讲授金属材料热 处理工艺的制定和优化以及热处理设备的合理选用与设计等内容。近几年,沈阳航空航天大 学热处理工艺与设备课程紧跟行业发展需求,在教学内容重构、教学 方法创新和考核方式优 化等方面进行了系列改革,提高了学生学习积极性,培养了学生的创新思维和工程应用能力。
