Abstract: Control valves are the core components of fluid control. In order to make the fluid achieve specific functions according to human purposes, various types of control valves emerge one after another. In the production of manufacturing enterprises, the control of two single-stroke cylinders or one double-stroke cylinder requires two independent control valves. In order to simplify the control mode and improve safety, avoid the operation error of multiple cylinders with sequential control requirements, and improve the safety and reliability of production, this paper designs a four-position seven-way valve with sequential requirements, no control logic confusion, and can reduce the number of control valves through innovative ideas, the valve is used in the end face processing process of the engine cylinder head, and the main function is to control the double-stroke cylinder to expand and contract according to the sequence requirements, reduce the number of control valves, and compact structure. The valve has been in production for many years without fail, fully confirming the simple, efficient and reliable boundary requirements of a first-class tool. At the same time, the four-position seven-way valve described in this article provides a new solution for the industry's fluid control.

摘要: 控制阀是流体控制的核心件,为了让流体按照人类的目的实现特定功能,各类控制阀 层出不穷。在制造类企业生产中,两个单行程气缸或一个双行程气缸的控制需要两个独立的 控制阀。为了简化控制方式和提升安全性,避免多个有顺序控制要求的气缸出现操作失误, 提升生产的安全性和可靠性,文章通过创新性的思路设计出了一种有顺序要求、不会出现控 制逻辑混乱,并能减少控制阀数量的四位七通阀,该阀用于发动机缸盖的端面加工工序,主 要作用是控制双行程气缸按照顺序要求伸缩,减少了控制阀数量,结构紧凑。该阀投入实际 生产多年未失效,充分证实了作为一类工具,其简单、高效、可靠的边界要求。同时所述的 四位七通阀为行业流体控制提供了一种全新的解决方案。
