Abstract: The optimization of the formula student aerodynamics package has an important impact on the fuel economy and handling stability of the car. From a global perspective, a total of 10 design variables of front wing, rear wing and flank fin angle of attack are selected, and different experimental design methods, approximate model building methods and multi-objective optimization methods are compared laterally. Then, through lap speed simulation, the optimization strategy most suitable for airfoil angle of attack optimization is selected, and the vehicle is optimized based on this strategy. Compared with the aerodynamic performance of the whole vehicle before and after optimization, the aerodynamic negative lift of the final car increased by 19% and the drag increased by 2.03%, which better improved the aerodynamic performance of the car. The results show that this optimization strategy can provide some guidance for the selection of the angle of attack of the racing wing.

摘要: 大学生方程式赛车空气动力学套件的优化对于赛车的燃油经济性和操纵稳定性有着重 要的影响。从全局角度出发,选取前翼、后翼、侧翼各翼片攻角共 10 个设计变量,横向对比 了不同的试验设计方法、近似模型搭建方法以及多目标优化方法,之后通过圈速仿真进行验 证,选择出最适合翼型攻角优化问题的优化策略,并以此策略对整车进行优化。对比优化前 后整车气动性能,最终赛车的气动负升力增加 19%,阻力增加 2.03%,较好地改善了赛车的 空气动力学性能。结果表明,此种优化策略可以为赛车翼片攻角的选定提供一定的指导。
