Abstract: In order to solve the production and quality problems caused by the design problems of the floor of heavy commercial vehicles, and consider the requirements of weight control under the background of the development of the floor of variant vehicle and "carbon neutral", the floor design strategy of "advance" is proposed to solve the product problems. Through the analysis of common design problems, it is proposed that the modular design of the floor should be coordinated in the design stage. The definition of the floor materials and standard parts should integrate the characteristics of the material, the function and performance of the parts and consider the platform, and the lightweight design of the floor should be carried out from the aspects of material, structure and process, effectively reduce development costs, reduce design problems, reduce parts weight, and improve production logistics efficiency.

摘要: 为解决重型商用车地板因设计问题导致的生产问题和质量问题,同时考虑变型车地板 开发和“碳中和”背景下的重量管控要求,提出将产品问题的解决“前移化”的地板设计策 略。通过对常见设计问题的分析,提出设计阶段应统筹配置进行地板模块化设计,地板材料、 标准件定义应综合材料特性、零部件功能和性能并考虑平台化,还应对地板从材料、结构、 工艺方面进行轻量化设计,有效降低开发成本、减少设计问题、减轻零件重量、提高生产物 流效率。
