Abstract: This paper analyzes the types and performance of sensors used in a driverless vehicle. Aiming at the functional requirements of the driverless of a newly developed vehicle, the performance of a variety of sensors is compared, and various types of sensors are coordinated to meet the safety of driverless vehicle. On the premise of meeting the regulatory requirements of the front underrun protective equipment, the front underrun protective equipment as the carrier of sensors. According to different types of sensors, corresponding brackets are designed to be fixed on the front underrun protective, and the strength of the brackets is analyzed through computer aided engineering (CAE) simulation to meet the structural strength requirements. The final physical state meets the design expectations and achieves the design goal of forward development.

摘要: 文章分析了某无人驾驶车型所用的传感器类型及性能,针对某新研发车型无人驾驶的 功能需求,对多种传感器的性能进行对比,通过多种类型的传感器进行互相配合,以满足无 人驾驶的安全性。在满足前下防护装置法规要求的前提下,以前下防护装置作为传感器的载 体,根据不同类型的传感器,设计相应的支架用于固定在前下防护装置上,并对支架强度进 行计算机辅助工程(CAE)仿真分析,以满足结构强度要求。最终的实物状态符合设计预期, 实现了正向开发的设计目标。
