基于 AMESim 的某款纯电动汽车建模与分析

Abstract: At present, the research and development of electric vehicle mainly relies on simulation software such as Curise and CarSim, while the development software AMESim owned by Siemens has advantages in constructing models and simulation of system-level modeling in the field of multi-physics integration. Taking a certain battery electric vehicle as an experimental object, comprehensive consideration the power performance and energy flow of the vehicle, a onedimensional simulation model of the vehicle is constructed by AMESim software, and the key parameters of the parts are calculated and matched to design, so as to get the vehicle power and economy indexes. The reliability is verified by comparing the requirements of the performance indexes with the simulation results, and the results show that the data obtained by the simulation experiment using AMESim software can replace the real vehicle test to a certain extent, providing reliable data for shorten the development cycle of the vehicle.

摘要: 目前电动汽车的研发主要依靠 Curise、CarSim 等仿真软件,而西门子旗下的开发软件 AMESim 在多物理集成领域的系统级模型方面构建模型及仿真具有优势。以某款纯电动汽车 为实验对象,综合考虑整车的动力性能和能量流,通过 AMESim 软件搭建出一维仿真整车模 型,对关键的零部件参数进行计算匹配设计,得到车辆动力性和经济性指标。通过性能指标 的要求与仿真结果的对比验证可靠性,该结果表明用 AMESim 软件进行仿真实验得到的数据 可在一定程度上代替实车测试,为缩短汽车的开发周期提供了可靠的数据。
