Abstract: Semi-automatic cylindrical grinder MB1632 spindle shaft diameter due to long-term use, resulting in its wear and leakage, this problem has seriously affected the company's normal production order. This paper mainly introduces a method to improve the wear oil leakage of the spindle shaft diameter of the semi-automatic cylindrical grinder MB1632. The root cause of the wear oil leakage of the spindle shaft diameter of the grinder is analyzed. The oil seal end cover is optimized and improved synchronously to realize the contact between the oil seal and the spacer sleeve. The end cover, the oil seal and the spacer sleeve can be removed quickly. It not only improves the maintenance efficiency of the spindle shaft diameter wear oil leakage problem, reduces the maintenance cost, but also improves the operation probability of the machine tool.

摘要: 半自动端面外圆磨床 MB1632 主轴轴径部位由于长期使用,导致其磨损漏油,此问题 已严重影响公司的正常生产秩序。文章主要介绍了一种半自动端面外圆磨床 MB1632 主轴轴 径部位磨损漏油的改进方法,通过对该磨床主轴轴径磨损漏油问题进行根本原因分析,采用 在其主轴轴径磨损处加装隔套的方案,并同步对安装油封端盖进行了优化改进,实现油封与 隔套之间的接触,可快速拆卸端盖、油封和隔套,既提升了主轴轴径磨损漏油问题的维修效 率,降低了维修成本的同时,又提高了机床的开机率。
