Abstract: The first maintenance mileage of the engine,is related to the reliability and the performance in the life cycle. Should be integrated engine technical characteristics, use environment and oil quality, through the bench evaluation test, combined with the vehicle road test, according to the performance of the engine and oil, reasonable setting. According to the needs of users in an international market to extend the first maintenance mileage, this paper designs a series of evaluation tests to confirm the feasibility of extending the first maintenance mileage, taking into account the operating environment and aging factors of the engine and oil, as well as the characteristics of regional operating conditions.

摘要: 发动机的首次保养里程关系到其使用寿命和生命周期内的性能发挥。应综合考虑发动 机技术特点、使用环境、机油品质,以及台架评定试验、整车道路行驶试验中发动机及机油 的性能表现,来合理设定。文章根据某国际市场用户延长首次保养里程的需要,考虑发动机 及机油的使用环境、老化因素及区域使用工况等特点,设计系列评价试验,确认延长首次保 养里程的可行性,并取得良好的工程应用效果。
