Abstract: Taking a light commercial vehicle as an example, the road test method of motor vehicles thermal balance is studied. In order to measure and analyze the thermal balance of commercial vehicles, this paper proposes a road test scheme (load trailer) test of vehicle thermal balance, which fully verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the scheme through the test and application of a vehicle. On this basis, two optimization schemes to solve the motor vehicles thermal balance problem of vehicle engines are proposed to verify the feasibility of the optimization scheme and achieve good results.

摘要: 以某轻型商用汽车为例,对整车热平衡道路试验方法进行了研究。为了对商用汽车整 车热平衡进行测量和分析,文章提出了一种整车热平衡道路试验(负荷拖车)测试方案,通 过某车辆的试验测试及应用,充分验证了该方案的有效性和可行性。在此基础上提出两种解 决车辆发动机热平衡问题的优化方案,验证优化方案的可行性,取得良好的结果。
