Abstract: In order to simplify the configuration process of the transmission control unit (TCU) and provide a flexible way to manage and modify TCU parameters. This paper presents a heavy-duty hydraulic automatic TCU configuration tool based on Python and Kvaser Leaf. By using Python programming language and Kvaser Leaf interface, TCU can be directly controlled and configured through controller area network (CAN) calibration protocol (CCP). The tool configues user-friendly profiles so that users can easily browse and modify TCU parameters. The experimental results show that the tool has high efficiency and reliability in configuring TCU, can greatly improve the efficiency of configuration work, and is easy to expand and low cost.

摘要: 为简化变速箱控制单元(TCU)的配置过程,并提供一种灵活的方式来管理和修改 TCU 参数。文章提出了一种基于 Python 和 Kvaser Leaf 的重型液力自动 TCU 配置工具,通过使用 Python 编程语言和 Kvaser Leaf 接口,经过控制器局域网(CAN)总线标定协议(CCP)和 TCU 交互,能够实现对 TCU 的直接控制和配置。该工具配置用户友好配置文件,使得用户可 以轻松地浏览和修改 TCU 参数。实验结果表明,该工具在配置 TCU 方面具有高效性和可靠 性,能够大大提高配置工作的效率,易于扩展且成本低廉。
