Abstract: Combines the electrophoretic liquid accumulation defect in the hinge hole of a certain car's front cover that occurred during the actual production and manufacturing process. In the process of solving this problem, the author transformed the actual on-site problem into a mathematical model, and used Python language programming and computer-aided solution to quickly obtain the theoretical probability of the problem occurring. The introduction of this article is a typical case of using digital thinking to solve engineering problems. It has certain reference significance for engineering personnel to analyze and solve problems, and has good reference value for promoting the use of digital thinking by all members of the manufacturing industry.

摘要: 结合实际生产制造过程中出现的某车前盖铰链孔电泳积液缺陷情况,在解决该问题的 过程中,通过将现场实际问题转化为数学模型,同时使用 Python 语言编程利用计算机辅助求 解,快速获得了该问题发生的理论概率,极大地提高了分析效率,最终实现了问题的高效解 决。文章介绍内容属于运用数字化思维解决实际工程问题的典型实例,对于工程人员分析解 决问题具有一定借鉴意义,同时对于推动制造业从业者运用数字化思维有较好的参考价值。
