Abstract: For light trucks equipped with electronic stability program (ESP), the built-in acceleration and roll angle sensors are easily stimulated by vehicle vibrational excitation, resulting in an amplification effect that causes the ESP/vehicle dynamic control (VDC) function to be triggered incorrectly. This paper describes two schemes of hardware brake pipe design optimization and software algorithm optimization for VDC error triggering. After theoretical and real vehicle verification, it is very effective to prevent the VDC function from triggering by mistake. The scheme is innovative and has certain engineering application value.

摘要: 针对配置电子稳定系统(ESP)轻型卡车,其内置的加速度和横摆角传感器易受整车振 动激励,产生放大效应导致 ESP/车辆动态控制(VDC)功能误触发。文章阐述了对于 VDC 误触发的硬件制动管路设计优化和软件算法优化两种方案。经过理论及实车验证,对于防止 VDC 功能误触发是非常有效的。该方案具备创新性,具有一定的工程应用价值。
