电动汽车热管理研究现状与展望

Abstract: The rapid development of electric vehicles is accompanied by challenges such as battery performance and safety issues under high and low temperature conditions, which necessitate the improved use of thermal management technologies. This article summarizes the recent advancements in electric vehicles thermal management, highlighting the evolution from independent battery cooling/heating systems and cabin air conditioning systems to highly integrated thermal management systems. Through a thorough analysis of representative electric vehicles thermal management systems, it unveils the holistic process by which integrated thermal management systems coordinate the regulation of heat for critical components including batteries, motors, power electronics, and air conditioning systems. This study provides valuable insights into future research and development directions in this domain.

摘要: 电动汽车的发展势头迅猛,但也面临一些如高、低温时电池的性能和安全问题,有待 利用热管理技术更好地解决。文章总结了电动汽车热管理技术近年的迭代,该领域已从独立 的电池热管理和乘员舱空调系统演进至高度集成化的整车热管理系统。文章通过对典型电动 汽车热管理系统的剖析,揭示了集成式热管理系统对电池、电机、电控和空调系统等关键部 件热量的整合管理过程,为未来的研究和发展提供了有价值的参考依据。
