Abstract: The adjustment of national economic structure and the rapid development of urban cluster economy have more and more stringent requirements for all-round industrial talents, so it is urgent to deeply promote the integration of production and education. With the continuous release of policy dividends in industry-education integration, exploring the deep integration teaching model of the 124 ("One Center, Two Entities, Four Integrations") industry-education science and technology city is of great significance. The article takes students as the center, with schools and enterprises as the implementing entities, and integrates the four dimensions of "industry+education+technology+ urban cluster" to create an innovative talent development model for the smart automotive industryeducation integration. The research focuses on the innovative mechanisms of industry-education integration, the implementation plans for science and education integration, the cooperation modes for urban clusters, and the operational models of school-enterprise collaboration. With the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) and digital empowerment, the efficiency and quality of vocational education talent development have been comprehensively improved.

摘要: 国家经济结构调整、城市集群化经济腾飞对全能型产业人才的要求愈加严格,深度推 进产教融合十分迫切。在产教融合政策红利不断释放的背景下,探索 124(一中心、两主体、 四融合)的产教科城深度融合教学模式具有十分重要的意义。文章以学生为中心,以学校和 企业为实施主体,以“产业+教育+科技+城市集群”四维一体相融合,以智慧汽车产教融合为 案例,创新人才培养模式。研究了产教融合的创新机制、科教融通的实施方案、湾区融汇的 合作方式、校企共建的运维模式。通过人工智能(AI)助力,数字赋能,全面提升了职业教 育人才培养的效率和质量。
