某车型空调“嗡嗡”声诊断与优化

Abstract: With the continuous improvement of powertrain noise, vibration, harshness (NVH), road noise and wind noise of the vehicle, the NVH problem of the air conditioning system has become more and more prominent, and has been concerned and studied by the industry. This paper mainly diagnoses and analyzes the obvious "buzzing" sound in a vehicle under the creep condition of air conditioning, clarifies the generation and transmission mechanism of the "buzzing" sound of the air conditioning system, and puts forward optimization schemes such as engineering pipeline vibration isolation pad and pipeline extension according to the analysis results, which can effectively reduce the "buzzing" sound of air conditioning.

摘要: 伴随着整车上动力系统噪声、振动与声振粗糙度(NVH)、路噪和风噪的不断改善,空 调系统 NVH 问题越来越凸显,受到业内关注和研究。文章主要通过对某车型开空调蠕行工况 下,车内出现的明显“嗡嗡”声进行诊断分析,明确了空调系统“嗡嗡”声的产生与传递机 理,并根据分析结果提出了可工程化管路隔振垫和管路延长等优化方案,有效降低了空调“嗡 嗡”声。
