车用燃料电池发动机用增湿器发展现状及趋势

Abstract: The humidifier, as the core component of the air supply system in the fuel cell balance of plant (BOP), delivers air with stable flow and humidity to the fuel cell engine. It plays a crucial role in maintaining humidity balance, protecting membrane electrode components, and improving fuel cell performance. It is crucial for the stable operation and performance improvement of the fuel cell system. This article reviews and analyzes the current development status of humidifiers, compares the performance and parameters of mainstream humidifiers in the current market, and looks forward to the technological development trend of humidifiers based on the industry development status.

摘要: 增湿器作为燃料电池辅助系统(BOP)中空气供应系统的核心部件,为燃料电池发动 机输送具有稳定流量和湿度的空气,起着维持湿度平衡、保护膜电极组件、提高燃料电池性 能等作用,对于燃料电池系统的稳定运行和性能提升至关重要。文章对增湿器的发展现状进 行了综述和分析,对比了现阶段市场上主流增湿器的性能和参数,并结合行业发展状况,对 增湿器的技术发展趋势进行了展望。
