Abstract: New challenges are posed to the cultivation of the postgraduate students of the vehicle engineering due to the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry. This paper firstly analyzes the current situation of the automobile industry and its demand for talents. Secondly, the existing problems of postgraduate cultivation of vehicle engineering are analyzed. Finally, taking the cultivation of the graduate students majoring in vehicle engineering in Hubei University of Automotive Technology as an example, the cultivation mode of graduate students majoring in vehicle engineering is explored and practiced from the aspects of concise cultivation objectives, optimization of curriculum system, establishment of school-enterprise cooperation base, construction of tutor team, improvement of management mechanism and evaluation system, etc., which greatly improves the cultivation quality of graduate students of our university, and at the same time, it also provides some reference for the reform of cultivation mode of graduate students majoring in engineering.

摘要： 汽车产业的转型升级给车辆工程专业研究生培养提出了新的挑战。文章首先分析了汽 车产业现状及其对人才需求分析；其次，对当前车辆工程专业研究生培养存在的问题进行了 分析；最后，以湖北汽车工业学院车辆工程专业研究生培养为例，从培养目标的凝练、课程 体系的优化、校企合作基地建设、导师队伍的打造和管理机制及评价体系的完善等方面，对 车辆工程专业研究生培养模式进行了探索与实践，大大提高了我校研究生的培养质量，同时 也为工科类专业研究生培养模式改革提供一定的借鉴和参考。
