Abstract: The component cleanliness is an indicator used to express the cleanliness level of component, which is the limited value of pollutants remaining on a certain surface of components or products after cleanliness, involving the type, size, quantity and weight of particles. Compared with manual transmission, automatic transmission has more stringent cleanliness requirement, so the cleanliness of the in-depth study of automatic transmission research and development process and quality management process is very important. The paper summarizes the cleanliness of foreign mainstream transmission manufactures. Aim at the cleanliness of automatic transmission, from four dimensions to introduce, include the cleanliness standard, cleanliness inspection, process control and failure effection. The paper provides a reference for the cleanliness control of China transmission manufactures.

摘要: 零件清洁度是用来表示零件清洁水平的指标,是指清洗后在零件或产品一定表面上残 留的污染物的限量值,涉及颗粒物的种类、大小、数量和质量等特征。对于自动变速器,清 洁度要求相较于手动变速器更高,因此,清洁度的深入研究对自动变速器的研发过程及质量 管理过程至关重要。文章针对自动变速器产品,通过研究国外主流变速器厂家清洁度的推行 现状,从清洁度标准、检测、过程控制及失效影响四个维度分别进行总结介绍,为国内自主 变速器厂家清洁度管控提供参考。
