Abstract: Through research on vehicle maintenance enterprises, it has been found that when automobile maintenance technicians assemble the camshaft and signal plate of the automobile engine, there is a significant assembly error in the position of the signal plate and the automobile engine camshaft, resulting in inaccurate camshaft position signals detected. The ignition time of the automobile engine is delayed or advanced, and there is a problem of significant assembly error. The paper focuses on the assembly problem of the camshaft and signal plate of Shanghai Volkswagen Octavia sedan. In response to the existing practical problems, the paper has consulted a large amount of literature and mapped the parts of the automotive engine camshaft and signal plate, obtaining accurate data and information. Combining with relevant knowledge of fixture design, a set of automobile engine camshaft and signal plate assembly fixtures has been designed, and automotive maintenance technicians use the assembly fixtures, which can quickly and accurately assemble the camshaft and signal plate, improving assembly quality and reducing labor intensity. As an ideal specialized assembly tool for automotive maintenance personnel, assembly fixtures have certain practical value.

摘要: 通过调研车辆维修企业发现,汽车维修技师装配汽车发动机凸轮轴与信号盘时,信号 盘与汽车发动机凸轮轴的位置装配误差较大,造成检测到的凸轮轴位置信号不准确,汽车发 动机点火时间提前或滞后,存在着装配误差较大的问题。文章围绕上海大众 Octavia 轿车凸轮 轴与信号盘的装配问题开展研究,针对存在的实际问题,查阅了大量文献资料,并对汽车发 动机凸轮轴零件、发动机信号盘零件进行了测绘,获得准确数据资料,结合夹具设计相关知 识,设计一套汽车发动机凸轮轴与信号盘装配夹具,汽车维修技师利用装配夹具,可以快速 准确地对凸轮轴与信号盘进行装配,提高了装配质量,减小了劳动强度。装配夹具作为汽车 修理人员理想的专用装配工具,具有一定的实用价值。
