Abstract: Accurate testing of electrical load performance is an important basis for vehicle energy flow modeling. This paper proposes a testing method for electrical load power and equivalent resistance on the vehicle, and provides the testing principles and steps of direct and indirect testing methods. According to the actual measurement of the sample vehicle, the testing accuracy reaches a high level (coefficient of variation ≤1%), and direct testing is preferred; The equivalent resistance of the electrical load is 7%~9% higher under generator power supply than under battery power supply. Applying testing methods to compare the power of different automotive electrical appliances and finding directions for energy-saving optimization; When applied to the simulation calculation of electrical energy consumption under typical working conditions, the simulation deviation achieved is ≤5%.

摘要: 准确测试用电负载性能是整车能量流建模的重要依据。文章提出了一种在整车上开展 用电负载功率和当量电阻的测试方法,给出了直接测试法和间接测试法的测试原理和测试步 骤。通过样车实测得出,测试的精度达到较高的水平(变异系数≤1%),优先采用直接法测 试;用电负载的当量电阻在发电机供电下比蓄电池供电下高 7%~9%。将测试方法应用到不 同样车用电器功率的对比中,找到节能优化的方向;应用到典型工况的电能能耗仿真计算中, 达到的仿真偏差≤5%。
