Abstract: Aiming at the opening failure of the fuel filler door assembly in the opening and closing durability process of a certain model, through physical inspection and dimensional chain analysis, the failure cause is the deformation of actuator base, which leads to the out-of-tolerance of parts. At the same time, through the disassembly of the faulty parts, it is found that there are scratches and wear between the internal components which results in the mechanism stuck on the operation process unable to operate. Through optimization measures such as mold anti-deformation optimization, strengthening process control and adjustment of matching relationship between components and other improvement measures, the precision of the actuator base is improved normal function and the opening and closing endurance test of actuator and fuel filler assembly passed smoothly. So as it proves that the improvement measures are effective and provide a reference for the follow-up projects.

摘要: 针对某车型加油口门总成在开闭耐久过程中出现的开启失效问题,经实物检测及尺寸 链分析,失效原因为执行器基座变形,进而导致零件超差。同时经拆解故障件,发现内部组 件间存在刮擦磨损,导致机构卡滞无法运转。通过模具反变形优化、加强工艺过程管控、组 件间匹配关系调整等优化措施,提升了执行器基座单品精度,经执行器单品及加油口总成开 闭耐久试验验证功能正常,从而证明优化措施的有效性,为后续项目问题解决提供思路参考。
