乘用车座椅头枕舒适性研究

Abstract: Traveling by passenger car has become one of the indispensable modes of transportation in modern life, there are higher requirements for passive safety. As an important part of passive safety, car seat headrests have stricter safety design requirements. However, while increasing the safety requirements, the driving comfort is often reduced. The aim of this study is to meet safety requirements while increasing the comfort of drivers and passengers. This paper analyzes the comfort of seat headrest from three perspectives, these three influencing factors are head restraint modeling, foam performance and skin buoyancy. By improving the thickness of the foam and optimizing the shape structure, the head comfort of the drivers and passengers is improved, and the driving experience is improved.

摘要: 乘用车出行成了现代生活必不可少的代步方式之一,对被动安全提出了更高的要求, 汽车座椅头枕作为被动安全中重要的一环,其安全性设计要求更为严苛,而在提高安全性能 时降低了驾乘的舒适性。研究旨在满足安全性能要求的前提下,增加驾乘的舒适性。文章从 头枕造型、泡沫性能、蒙皮空浮度三个角度对座椅头枕舒适度进行了分析,通过改善头枕泡 沫厚度、优化造型结构,改善了驾乘人员头部舒适性,提高了驾乘体验。
