Abstract: As an important part of the urban comprehensive transportation system, taxis provide convenient transportation services for citizens. At this stage, compared with the rapid development of online taxis, some problems in the pricing and service of cruise taxis have gradually emerged. This paper compares and analyzes the results of a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of Xi'an citizens with cruise taxis and online taxis, and uses R language software to analyze the travel characteristics of the weekday order data of cruise taxis in Xi'an, and obtains the temporal and spatial characteristics of cruise taxis in Xi'an. In view of the problems that need to be improved, the optimization strategy of the upgrade of the cruise taxi operation service is made, so as to improve the competitiveness of the cruise taxi in the taxi market.

摘要: 出租车作为城市综合交通系统的重要组成部分,为市民提供了便利的交通服务。现阶 段,对比网约出租车的迅速发展,巡游出租车在定价、服务等方面所存在的一些问题逐渐显 现出来。文章通过问卷调查西安市市民分别对巡游出租车和网约出租车的满意度,将结果进 行对比分析,利用 R 语言软件对西安市的巡游出租车工作日订单数据进行出行特征分析,得 出西安市巡游出租车运行的时间、空间特征。针对需要改进的问题,做出巡游出租车运营服 务升级的优化策略,从而提高巡游出租车在出租车市场上的竞争力。
