广域弹性订单制成人高等教育课程模式研究

Abstract: In response to the problems existing in the curriculum model of adult higher education, a wide area flexible order based curriculum innovation model has been designed. Develop a more flexible and diverse order based curriculum module that integrates multiple majors based on the needs of enterprises, school resources, teacher teaching, and personal interests. Analyze the types of integrated combination models for the four engineering major courses and the feasibility of implementing a one person, one policy curriculum plan. Selecting course module samples from three major directions, A-B, A-C, and A-D, through teaching practice with students majoring in Vehicle Engineering at the School of Continuing Education, the participation of enterprise talent cultivation and students' initiative in learning are improved. The average professional course scores of students in the innovative course module group increased by 9.69%~12.23%, and the integration of multiple majors met the course knowledge needs of enterprise positions. Verified the effectiveness of the wide area flexible order system course model teaching in improving students' professional grades and enhancing the satisfaction of enterprises with talents.

摘要: 针对成人高等教育课程模式中存在的问题,设计了广域弹性订单制课程创新模型。综 合企业需求、学校资源、教师授课和个人兴趣制定多专业融合的、更灵活多样的订单制课程 模块,分析工科 4 个专业课程组合模型的类型和实施课程方案一人一策的可行性。选取 A-B、 A-C 和 A-D 三种专业方向的课程模块样本,经过继续教育学院车辆工程专业学生教学实践, 提高了企业培养人才的参与度和学生学习的主动性,创新课程模块组学生平均专业课成绩提 高了 9.69%~12.23%,多专业融合满足了企业岗位的课程知识需求。验证了广域弹性订单制 课程模型教学对于提高学生专业成绩的有效性,同时提升了企业对人才的满意度。
